A5 apartment Overview

First Impressions

When I first pulled up to A5 apartment in the Verkiai district, I’ll be honest — it felt refreshingly different from the typical hotel experience. This four-star property sits quietly on K. Ulvydo gatvė, and there’s something immediately appealing about how it blends into the residential neighborhood rather than screaming “tourist accommodation.” The building has that clean, modern Lithuanian aesthetic that doesn’t try too hard, and you can tell right away that this place caters to people who want more space and independence than a standard hotel room offers.

Location & Neighborhood

Verkiai is honestly one of Vilnius‘s best-kept secrets, and staying here gives you a completely different perspective on the city. You’re about 15 minutes from Old Town by car or public transport, but the area feels worlds away from the tourist crowds. I loved how walkable the neighborhood is — there’s a decent grocery store within a few minutes’ walk, and the nearby Verkiai Regional Park is perfect if you want to escape into nature. The location rating of 8.7 from recent guests makes total sense, especially for couples who seem to particularly appreciate the quieter, more residential vibe.

The Apartment Experience

What sets this place apart is the apartment setup — you’re getting a proper living space, not just a place to sleep. The unit I stayed in had a full kitchen that actually worked (you know how hit-or-miss that can be), which meant I could grab fresh ingredients from the local market and cook breakfast instead of hunting for cafes every morning. The space feels thoughtfully designed rather than just functional, with enough room to spread out and actually relax. There’s reliable Wi-Fi throughout, and the whole place has that “I could actually live here” feeling that’s rare in short-term accommodations.

Practical Considerations

One thing I really appreciated was the parking situation — it’s straightforward and included, which saves you the headache of figuring out Vilnius’s sometimes confusing street parking rules. The building is well-maintained, and while there isn’t a traditional hotel restaurant or spa, that’s kind of the point. You’re trading those amenities for independence and space, plus the neighborhood has plenty of dining options if you want to venture out. The 7.9 overall rating feels about right — it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in town, but it delivers exactly what it promises.

Why Guests Love It

After spending time here, I get why couples rate the location so highly (8.8 for two-person trips, according to recent feedback). There’s something romantic about having your own little corner of Vilnius, away from the hustle but still connected to everything that matters. You can cook dinner together, take evening walks through the quiet streets, and wake up feeling like temporary locals rather than obvious tourists. It’s the kind of place that works whether you’re here for a long weekend or planning to explore Lithuania more extensively — honestly, it might just change how you think about where to stay when traveling.

Reviews of A5 apartment

  • Viešnagė A5 – Linas from Lithuania – July 13, 2025 (7/10)

What could be improved: Įsiregistravimo ir išsiregistravimo laikas labai skiriasi.

  • A convenient stay, though with some noise and privacy concerns – Ahmed from Lithuania – June 25, 2025 (5/10)

The location is great, pretty close to Ozas shopping centre and Ozo parkas. The building has a nice yard and the apartment got a nice balcony

What could be improved: The surrounding apartments were really noisy in the evenings, and the sound insulation in the apartment was poor. The bathroom space was also very limited. The room is located right next to the building entrance, so I could hear people coming in and frequently entering the door code, which I personally found quite annoying. Also, privacy is a concern

  • Exceptional – Valerii from Germany – April 10, 2025 (10/10)

  • Wonderful – Rasa from Lithuania – March 23, 2025 (9/10)

Nuostabi vieta viskas netoli pasiekiama pėsčiomis.
    Tvarkingas ir jaukus kambarys dviems.

What could be improved: Deja kaimynai nelabai ramus bei triukšmingi

  • Good – Jekaterina from Lithuania – March 16, 2025 (7/10)

Labai gera vieta, jeigu einate į koncertą arba akvaparką. Šeiminikė visada atrašydavo greitai ir aiškiai. Lokacija nurodyta labai aiškiai, lengva rasti.

What could be improved: Labai mažas kambarys ir tualetas.

  • Rekomenduoju, kam reikia nakvynės po renginio (šalia dvi arenos) – Aistė from Lithuania – March 6, 2025 (8/10)

Viskas, ko reikia vienai ar dviems nakvynėms. Labai patogi vieta, jei reikia nakvynės po koncerto/renginio šalia esančiose arenose

What could be improved: Labai mažai vietos vonios kambaryje.

  • Exceptional – Vaidis from Lithuania – February 16, 2025 (10/10)

Vieta ideali. Visko ko reikia gavom.

  • Wonderful – Gianmarco from Italy – January 20, 2025 (9/10)

  • Wonderful – Gintautas from Lithuania – December 8, 2024 (9/10)

  • Wonderful – Plakhotina from Ukraine – September 1, 2024 (9/10)

What could be improved: Сусіди були дуже гучними
