Getting groceries is easy too; there’s a Maxima nearby that locals actually shop at, not one of those overpriced convenience stores. The 9.5 rating makes perfect sense once you spend a night or two here. It’s not trying to be a boutique hotel with Instagram-worthy lobby art, but it delivers on the basics so well that you find yourself recommending it to other travelers. Plus, staying in Žvėrynas gives you this insider’s perspective on how Vilnius residents actually live, away from the medieval charm and tourist restaurants. I mean, you’ll still want to see the Old Town and climb Gediminas Tower, obviously, but coming back to this quiet neighborhood each evening felt like having a genuine home base rather than just another hotel room.

  Todella siisti asunto. Keittössä ja kylppärissä mainio varustus, hyvä sänky ja TV:stä löytyi näytönpeilaus. Rauhallinen alue, ei liikenteen melua ja johdinautoilla (1,3 ja7) pääsi liikkumaan lähelle asuntoa ja sitten taasen keskustan suuntaan.

  Квартира очень очень уютная, чистая, просторная, чувствовали себя как будто приехали к друзьям в гости. Нашли всё самое необходимое сразу. Встретили нас с улыбкой, дружелюбно, подсказали куда лучше сходить. Расположение квартиры хорошее, до старого города ходили пешком. Самые лучшие впечатления у нас сложились о жилье, хозяйке, городе и поездке в целом. Всем советую!
