The staff here really knows what they’re doing, which probably explains that impressive 9.5 rating. Check-in was smooth – no standing around waiting while they hunt for your reservation or deal with computer problems. They actually seemed genuinely happy to see guests, which is rarer than it should be these days. What I appreciated most was how they handled the little things without being asked. Like, they noticed I was traveling with work stuff and made sure I got a unit with a proper desk area near a window. Those kinds of details make all the difference when you’re trying to get things done on the road. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work too – everything was spotless without that overwhelming chemical smell some places have. Even the common areas felt well-maintained, like someone actually lives here and cares about keeping things nice. I stayed during what seemed like a busy period, but it never felt chaotic or understaffed. You could tell they have their systems down pat, which honestly makes the whole experience so much more relaxing when you don’t have to worry about basic stuff working properly.

  Everything that we need was in the apartment and it was like a hotel, they change towels, do the cleaning, provide liquid soap and detergent. The landlord sometimes asked if we need anything, he was caring. Thanks for everything.

  Everything is great in this place. Quite modern atmosphere. Great location in Vilnius. Just walking distance from the Old town with all the facilities. The host is proactive, communicate really well and act fast to facilitate our stay comfortable. The apartment is clean and equipped with everything. Bathroom is clean and pleasent and equipped with a Washing machine too. Can access the public transport soon as you step outside the apartment. Definetly will come back if we visit Vilnius again. A great place to stay in Vilnius. Highly recommended.
