50m2 apartment near Japanese garden – 3rd Floor Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first saw the listing for 50m2 apartment near Japanese garden – 3rd Floor, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The name’s a bit straightforward, you know? But honestly, sometimes the places with the most utilitarian names turn out to be hidden gems, and this one definitely falls into that category.
The moment you step inside, you get why this place has such an incredible 9.9 rating. It’s not huge – 50 square meters means you’re working with a cozy space – but whoever designed this layout actually thought about how people live. The living area flows naturally into the kitchen space, and there’s this great little nook by the window that’s perfect for morning coffee or just watching the world go by. Speaking of that window, the third-floor position gives you just enough height to feel like you have some privacy without being stuck way up high. I mean, you can still hear street sounds, but it’s more of a gentle urban hum than anything disruptive.
What really sets this place apart though is that Japanese garden they mention – and it’s not just marketing fluff. You can actually see parts of it from the apartment, and there’s something really calming about having that green space so close. I found myself taking evening walks there pretty much every night I stayed. The garden has these winding paths and this little bridge that locals seem to use as a shortcut, so you get to people-watch a bit while you’re there. The whole area around the apartment has this quiet, residential feel that you don’t always find in city accommodations. There’s a small grocery store maybe two blocks away that stays open late, which was clutch for grabbing breakfast stuff and snacks.
Actually, let me mention the practical stuff because it matters – check-in was smooth, the WiFi worked perfectly (I was working remotely part of the time), and the shower has surprisingly good water pressure. The kitchen’s compact but functional, with everything you need if you want to cook simple meals. The bed’s comfortable enough, though the pillows are on the softer side if that matters to you. One small thing – the stairs to the third floor aren’t too bad, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, just know you’ll be getting a little workout. The whole building feels well-maintained and quiet, which I really appreciated after some experiences with paper-thin walls at other places. You know what struck me most? It feels like staying in someone’s carefully curated home rather than a generic rental, and at this price point with these ratings, it’s honestly a steal for what you get.
Vilnius hotels provide guests with comfortable accommodations in Lithuania’s cultural capital, known for its stunning baroque architecture and rich historical heritage.

Everything was perfect! From the self check-in to the shampoo in the bathroom.
Spacious, comfy, cozy place in the heart of the city. Applied with everything you need (even dishwasher tablets and washing gel). End separate thanks for early check-in after night flight. Owner was very polite. Highly recommend!Jekaterina from Latvia (10/10)
Very comfortable and cosy apartments. There is everything you need for your stay. Extra 10 points for a good quality hairdryer from the owner of long hair 🙂 Great local amenities and nearby Japanese garden park is perfect in the evenings. Perfect stay for runners with 200 meters Olympic track with synthetic surface straight at the doors.
