I found the neighborhood quiet enough for good sleep but lively enough that there’s always something happening when you want to venture out.

  Location. Parking space. Garden. Both bedrooms. Living room. Pleasant coolness in the middle of summer.
  
  What could be improved: Broken toilet flush. Dirty toilet and bathroom. Clogged shower drain. Windows not closing properly (safety).

  What could be improved: The host didn't communicate. They sent the code for the key box only after we tried to reach them by phone.
  
  The appartment was not cleaned after the previous guests (the bins were full, the bathroom was dirty, there were dirty towels hanging everywhere, bedsheets were not changed, leftovers in the fridge — obviously it was exactly in the state the previous guests had left it). We tried to call the host, we texted them, but there was no response.
  
  And the hot water was not running.
  
  As we are travelling with two kids, we left the apartment and went to a nearby hotel.

  The only positive was the location – it is fairly central.
  
  What could be improved: Firstly the airport transfer (which the host had offered as part of the package) was cancelled while we were at the airport with no good reason.
  When we arrived, the apartment was difficult to find and then unlock. The key kept sticking and there was no outside light working.
  There was no electricity when we arrived at 22.30 local time, and whilst the owner initially responded (by message only. He did not answer his telephone), he did nothing to help, advising us that he was in another country and he apparently could not make contact with his local colleague. We managed to get a power network emergency service to attend the apartment at around midnight and upon arrival, they found that the whole apartment block had been tripped due to a fault in the boiler at the apartment. Whilst they were there, there was an electrical fire coming from the boiler socket and the extension lead it was plugged into was burnt out. As a result, there was no hot water or heating Clearly this was very distressing so we reported the incident to the owner and booking.com. The owner said they would visit the next day and then did not respond to any further contact. He did not come to fix the issue at the apartment the following day, so we had no option but to arrange alternative accommodation for the remaining two nights as the place was unsafe.
  In addition, the bathroom was unclean and the sink blocked.
  Booking.com have not been as helpful as expected which has been hugely disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for many years, never giving bad reviews, or raising issues.
  When this apartment was booked, there were no bad reviews, but after payment, a number of dreadful reviews were posted.

  Location was good. Easy walking distance to both the train station and old town. Comfortable beds. However…. AVOID this property at all costs!. There is no hot water, no working boiler, the owner does not respond or answers call and is rude or lies when he does.

  We booked this property before any reviews were posted. After our free cancellation period ended I saw some poor reviews had been posted. Seeing reviews of no hot water I contacted the owner to investigate. I was assured there was no hot water or heating problem. This turned out to be a lie.
  Upon arrival no checking in instructions were sent to us. After a few unanswered calls I spoke to the owner who said he will send them in 10 minutes, it took him 45 minutes in which time we were stood waiting in the rain and unsure which property it was.
  Upon entering the property the first thing we did was to check the hot water. There was none! Not even luke warm but freezing cold water rendering the shower completely unuseable. The boiler had no pressure and an error message which indicated the boiler had been out of action for a long time. I informed the owner straight away to which we had no reply and no answer to our phone calls. We allowed some time for him to respond but he didn't so we called booking.com that evening. We followed their process and waited. The owner sent a response to bookings service concern email very late at night and said it would be looked at but no detail of when and again no response when trying to arrange this with the owner. The owner only replied each time this problem was escalated to booking.com. The boiler finally was repaired late evening on our second day, However the pressure dropped again as soon as the shower was on and once again no response when trying to contact the owner. There was no option to work around the cold showers with kettle water as there was no plugs in the sinks. The property was grubby with unacceptable levels of dirt in areas and broken fixtures. There is a cracked window in one bedroom and a window that doesn't shut in the other both of which are ground floor, front of the property windows causing security and safety concerns.

  Lo mejor del alojamiento es la relación calidad-precio y la ubicación que es bastante buena.
  
  What could be improved: Tuvimos un problema con la caldera la cual no tenía agua y le faltaba presión. Gracias a Youtube y a un alicate que pedimos prestado pudimos solucionarlo y tener calefacción y agua caliente. Tampoco había toallas en el alojamiento ni pudimos encontrar la clave del Wi-fi. Sí que es verdad que pudimos hablar con el propietario y se solucionó el problema.

  What could be improved: There was no hot water or heating during our stay, despite the temperature outside being just 10°C and the apartment being on the ground floor, which made it very cold. Additionally, we were only provided with two towels for five people. We attempted to contact the owner multiple times through Booking, WhatsApp, and phone, but received no response at all.

  What could be improved: Okno w pokoju było uszkodzone i przez całą noc wiało zimnym powietrzem, nie dało się go zamknąć, przez co było bardzo nieprzyjemnie spać. Telewizor nie działał. Najgorsze jednak było to, że nie było ciepłej wody – piec nie chciał się uruchomić, więc nie było możliwości się wykąpać. Dodatkowo lampa w kuchni, która wisi nad stołem, spadła na głowę jednej z osób nocujących z nami! To już naprawdę przesada, bo mogło się skończyć poważną kontuzją. Ogólnie bardzo rozczarowujący pobyt i zdecydowanie nie wart polecenia na nocleg.
