The apartment itself feels like someone’s stylish friend let you crash at their place, except everything actually works perfectly. The two bedrooms are genuinely spacious (not that European “cozy” code word for tiny), and honestly, the natural light streaming through those windows in the morning is something else – especially if you’re lucky enough to catch that golden hour when it hits the old church spires just right. The kitchen is where this place really shines though – it’s got everything you need if you want to skip the restaurant scene for a night and just cook with those amazing ingredients from the Halės market, which is basically a ten-minute walk away. The bathrooms are modern without being sterile, and I appreciate that they didn’t try to cram everything into impossibly small spaces like so many European apartments do.

What really gets me about this spot is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’re literally surrounded by some of the most beautiful architecture in the Baltics, but you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tour groups that plague some of the main squares. Vingrių street has this perfect balance – quiet enough that you can actually sleep with the windows open (the courtyard setup really cuts down on street noise), but you’re still just a few minutes’ stroll from Cathedral Square or Užupis when you want some action. The building itself has that solid, well-maintained feel that makes you trust everything’s going to work properly, and honestly, after staying in some questionable places around Europe, that peace of mind is worth a lot. Plus, the Reside Baltic folks seem to have their act together – check-in was smooth, and they clearly know what travelers actually need rather than just throwing together some random furniture and calling it a day. At an 8.7 rating, this place has earned its reputation, and I can see why people keep coming back to it.

  Convenient location, stylish interior. There were some problems with obtaining the keys (initially the lock code was not correct), but this was quickly resolved over the phone. In general, the impressions are excellent!

  The location was exceptional, right in the centre of the old town, a short walk from Cathedral Sq. The apartment was located at the rear of an inner courtyard and was thus extremely quiet. We couldn’t hear any sound from the street. The kitchen was well kitted out and we were able to cook when needed. Lots of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. The host was always quick to respond to any questions. Access was easy with clear instructions for the gate access and lock box. We would stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: The lack of water pressure in the shower, but this could be city wide.

  Good location for the apartment. Easy to reach the city center. As we were group of four people, we appreciated two bathrooms.

  What could be improved: Car parking is pretty tight. Could be hard or impossible to park with SUV or fit into the car elevator.

  The furnishings were nice. The apartment was comfortable. The location was great! We loved the proximity to the park and restaurants and street life.
  
  What could be improved: We had trouble finding the building! None of the directions explained that it was on a weird side street, not on the main street. When i called the host number, they could not help us. Maybe it was a language problem but it took us 20 minutes to find the place on our own. There were not enough paper towels, soap or toilet paper for 4 people for a 4 day stay. There was really very little in the way of cooking supplies – no spices, no oil, just salt & pepper. People who travel to another country for a few days don't expect to have to bring everything. We have stayed in many vacation rentals that were much more generous and thoughtful, and we would have appreciated just a few more amenities.

  Super lokalizacja, mimo że mieszkanie jest usytuowane prawie w centrum, wokół panuje cisza i spokój. Apartament wygodny, przestrzenny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Dużym atutem są 2 łazienki, taras i bardzo wygodne łóżka.
  
  What could be improved: Być może poprzedni lokatorzy pogubili łyżeczki do herbaty, bo były tylko 3. :))
